In order to support economic recovery programs, health protection and increased immunity. PT. Maju Bersama Karib (MBK),organized the first and second doses of Covid-19 vaccination. Covid vaccination collaboration program between PT. MBK with UPT puskesmas and Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pasuruan aims to vaccinate covid-19 for all employees and staff of the company. This activity is one form of PT. MBK to create and deliver a safe and comfortable working environment. The first series of dose vaccination activities was carried out in September 2020. The second dose of vaccination was carried out in February 2021. According to the director of PT. MBK Ahmad Jupri “vaccination activities for all MBK employees are one form of company participation to the government to protect the environment from the covid-19 virus”.

In addition, all employees of PT. MBK is required to comply with health protocols both when entering or exiting the company. Some of the basic regulations implemented by MBK to deal with the Covid situation are: temperature checking for all employees and staff at the company’s entrance gate, placement of handsanitizers throughout the company room and employees must use masks. In addition, PT. MBK also has a special doctor’s room that stands guard to handle the health of each employee / staff. As for employees who experience symptoms of covid-19, mild pain or severe pain will be enforced WFH (doing work from home).
