Companies with high levels of pressure, customer service demands and dense production processes cause high stress levels for employees / staff. With that PT. Maju Bersama Karib always holds family gathering/outbound activities every year. Family gathering is a series of activities held by a company in order to strengthen the relationship between employees and employees and their families. In 2020, outbound is held in coban talun organized by Landsat Outbound. This activity is followed by the entire staff, employees and directors of the company. Departure starts from PT. MBK in Pasuruan City, using bus transportation to outbound locations. This outbound activity agenda for 1 day contains about:
A. Games
B. Material debriefing
C. Jeep tour
According to the director of PT. MBK Ahmad Jupri, “This activity aims to build teamwork between leaders- employees, build work chemistry and bounding of each employee”. Family gathering activities this time filled with fun and educational activities. In addition to creating a safe and healthy work environment, another goal is to create solid employees.
